Widgets to track progress
Challenge:
Members have many portals and platforms to access to manage their learning experience we wanted a way to show their progress all in one place and their membership portal is the one common touch-point through all membership types.
Approach:
Leveraging a existing member dashboards and component library to craft bespoke widgets to track user progress through their learning
Multiple personas catered for — each with different tracking requirements
Along-side tracking quick links to key platforms and places added in their own widgets where applicable
Integrations required from downstream portals and systems to feed the widgets.
