This was the base for the interactive trip planner.
Pages were made on the website for each route with highlights along the way.
A logo but also…
Many projects start with a conversation like this:
We need a logo for facebook —
So we did what the client needed and wanted, a logo… along with some brand guidance on how they could use that logo (on their car decals and t-shirts)… and we made a website too…
but we asked ourselves ‘what would really help a client CHOOSE to book a holiday package with them - from their website - from the unknown?’?
As a traveller myself… planning a holiday can be tricky in a country where you don’t speak the language and don’t understand the terrain, distances or just what’s on offer. Even with google maps and recommendations - some places are just not the place to wing it.
Solution: A trip planner.
A trip planner was added to their website.
Each town/city (dot) being clickable with info about that town alongside distances travelled from x to x.
Sample routes where colour coded to separate them from each other and details given on what routes would combine nicelyto make longer trips.
Simple but SO helpful.
Encouraging customers to plan a trip to Morocco
Project: Logo, brand identity, trip planner, copywriting and website design.
This brand is for a travel company in Morocco. A friend went on a tour and was so passionate about helping get them online. It took a long while as Covid hit and it took 2 years to get back into the swing of tours.
They are finally up and running and managing the website themselves now.
My role — Design, copywriting, website design and creation of assets.
